Pål Schakonat



As a Game designer I always put the player first. I rely on years of independent research in human psychology, 10+ game jams, Coding in c++ and c#, level design, and communication skills. I am Tecnical oriented, build fast and test often.


I have always wanted to create experiences. Before I made games I had a passion for creative writing. One year in academia set me on a path of game design theory which eventually led to my own Game Design blog and giving talks. After 2 years at The Game Assembly I now have 10+ school projects under my belt and have learned to put theory into practice!

I value a friendly workplace where everyone is respected. I value a workplace where the company and me are ready to change to be more inclusive.
